« I got to work with the DEA-PO on setting up a tool called 'the rosette of maturity'. It is a complete repository based on 12 areas of development related to our various fields of activity, and whose goal is to support managers in helping their teams progress step by step. Rather than each team

manager working on his or her own,

the Department organised a working group to optimise the roll-out of the tool. Thanks to this initiative, my team was able to double its maturity level in just two years. »

« From my point of view, the Workload Workforce Skill Manager (RCRC) is like a control tower that directs the "functions" plane in all stages of a flight plan. Their help ensures a budget consistent with our project load. They also support us in building our roadmap which they approve alongside the one from the teams of corporate DEA-P. Finally, with their support, we are managing our increase in skills as a local engineering centre, and we are preparing for the future. In short, the RCRC supports our activity in the RTXs, and I am convinced that, with their help, we have a better chance of meeting current and future challenges. »
